Experience as asset manager and independent trader in various financial markets for more than 10 years. A self made trader that has worked his way up from scratch.
Mr. Karlsson started in the late 90’s trading stocks during the IT boom. He learned the markets the hard way and through hard work and lots of discipline he was able to move along the learning curve. After the stock market began to tumble Mr. Karlsson moved more into options to be able to cover the downside in a better way. Last 8 years been mostly involved with Forex and Futures trading, including spot and options. Mr. Karlsson is primarily a technical trader and a regular contributor to several major webportals relating to Forex trading such as Forexfactory.com, FXstreets.com and Forexpros.com. He has also featured in magazine articles in The Technical Analyst and Eforex.
Co-founder of Bentzen&Karlsson AS in 2002, a company specialized in trading systems, signals and market analysis geared towards private and institutional clients worldwide.
Per-Erik Karlsson is Head of Trading Operations at Avantage Financial GmbH and manager of the managed account programs.
